THE
BEGINNING…

At the heart of our bakery's evolution is Alejandra Aguirre, a visionary baker whose journey into the world of baking began in the warmth of her childhood kitchen over a decade ago. Under the watchful eye of her stay-at-home mom, Alejandra, affectionately known as Jany (just like”Honey”), fell in love with the art of baking, crafting everything from cookies to pies with the kind of love only a family can inspire.

Jany's passion for baking is rooted in her heritage, with a family legacy of owning bakeries across México. It was there, amidst the hustle of her aunt's bakeries during the busy seasons, that she learned the art of Mexican sweet bread, learning the techniques of pastry making, sweet bread crafting, and cake decorating.

However, Alejandra's baking journey took a personal turn when she began experiencing stomach problems. Following medical advice, she transitioned to a healthier lifestyle, limiting refined flours and sugars from her diet.


“This significant moment sparked her creativity and commitment to wellness, leading her to explore the world of gluten-free and vegan baking. Experimenting with alternative flours like rice and almond and incorporating more natural sweeteners, Alejandra began reimagining traditional treats for a modern, health-conscious audience.”
